What you’ll need:
- ½ cup Fix & Fogg Almond butter
- 1 jar olive oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, drained, some oil reserved
- Juice of 1-2 lemons
- 1 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 3 tablespoons oil from the tomatoes
- Generous pinch of salt
Method:
- Place all of the ingredients into a food processor and blend until everything is combined, it’s okay for it to be a little chunky!
- Serve in a bowl topped with extra olive oil and dukkah, or store in an airtight container for up to 4 days
